Develop your tennis skills at Colorado Academy from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Coached by current CA Varsity Tennis players, this camp features group instruction, drills, and games that follow USTA ROGY progression guidelines. Instructor: Oliver Neely.
Coach Maggie of CA’s Middle and Upper School Ultimate teams teaches the basic skills of Ultimate. The week consists of learning to throw, catch, the rules of the game, and how to cut and handle on the field. Don’t know what that means? Great! Come and learn! Instructor: Maggie McManus.

Elevate your swimming! Led by D1 and Olympic swimmers, athletes use video analysis to perfect strokes, starts, and turns. Gain personalized feedback, improve technique, and build confidence. Ages 8 and up; prior competitive swim experience. Instructor: SwimLabs Littleton.

Jump, run, climb, and play at one of the largest parkour gyms in America. Learn the basics of parkour, including landing, rolling, jumping, precision, balance, vaulting, climbing, and swinging. Safety is paramount. Instructor: APEX Denver.

Day Camp for 6-year-olds to 13-year-olds is the anchor of CA’s summer programs and is offered for seven weeks of the summer. The Day Camp program is based on good old-fashioned summertime fun! Instructor: CA Summer Programs.
The CA Summer Day Camp offers a two-week Apprentice Counselor Program for young people (ages 13-15) who wish to gain valuable experience working and caring for children as a counselor in training. Under the guidance of a leadership coach, the apprentice counselors assist regular counselors in the management and care of campers. Instructor: CA Summer Programs.
Start your golf journey! Professional golf instruction by PGA teachers on a par-three course. Required: collared shirts, tailored shorts, golf clubs, balls, and tees. Driving range balls provided. Pull carts may be rented at Foothills for $3–$4 per day. Instructor: Bob Ulrich.
Calling all photographers! Gain experience using a DSLR camera while visiting sites in Denver. You capture majestic landscapes at the Denver Botanic Gardens, street photography in RiNo, and beautiful creatures at the Butterfly Pavilion. Instructor: Karen Donald.
Pinch, coil, slab, and spin! Learn how to make coil pots, pinch pots, slab building, and glaze, and enjoy an introduction to throwing on the pottery wheel! All techniques are used to make a variety of engaging projects. Instructor: Becci Marzonie.

You may love movies, but might lack the vocabulary to analyze them. After introducing campers to film language (shot types, camera movement, editing, etc.), we visit local cinemas to watch classic and contemporary films. We end by producing short “explainer” videos. Instructor: Ross Holland.
During this exciting week, we visit some of Denver’s best escape rooms. Escape using teamwork and clues. Create an escape room using cause-and-effect contraptions for others. This is for beginners who have only completed two to three escape rooms. Instructor: Kathy Zolla.

This complete, five-day introduction to rock climbing is for first-timers! Learn to climb by building a solid foundation of knowledge, skills, and movement. We cover gear, belaying, rappelling, movement types, and following lead climbers. Instructor: Colorado Mountain School.
