Terms of Service

(The "Please Don't Sue Us" Edition)

Last updated: February 2026

Hey, welcome to RightCamp! We're glad you're here. Before you dive in, here's the legal stuff.

The Basics

By using RightCamp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you probably shouldn't use the site. We're a camp directory for parents, built by a parent, so let's all just be cool to each other.

What We Actually Do

RightCamp helps parents find camps and activities for their kids. We list camp information to make your life easier. We don't run the camps, we don't vouch for the camps, and we definitely can't promise your kid will love archery. Always verify details directly with the camp before signing anyone up for anything.

Your Account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for anything that happens under your login.

The Kids Stuff (Important)

RightCamp is designed for parents and guardians to use on behalf of their children. If you provide information about your child while searching or setting up your profile, we use it only to personalize your experience — think better search results, not creepy stuff. We do not sell or share personally identifiable information about children with third parties. Ever. Full stop. If you're under 13 and somehow reading this, go ask a parent to use the site for you.

Links to Other Sites

We often link to camp websites and third party resources to make parents' lives easier. Once you click away from RightCamp, you're on their turf and their rules apply. We can't control what other websites do, so browse wisely out there.

Don't Be That Person

Please don't use RightCamp to do anything sketchy, illegal, or just generally uncool. This includes but is not limited to: hacking, scraping our data, harassing other users, or trying to sell things to people who didn't ask. Basically, treat this place the way you'd want your own place treated.

Our Stuff

The RightCamp name, logo, and site content belong to us. Please don't steal it, copy it, or pretend you made it. We worked hard on this.

Honestly Though, We're Not Perfect

We do our best to keep camp information accurate and up to date, but things change. Sessions sell out, dates shift, prices go up. We're not responsible for errors or outdated information — always confirm directly with a camp before you hand over your credit card.

The Liability Thing (Required by Law, Sorry)

RightCamp is provided "as is." We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. If something goes wrong — a camp cancels, a listing is wrong, the website goes down the week you needed it most — your main remedy is to stop using the site. We know that sounds harsh but every website has to say this. Blame the lawyers.

Disputes

If you have a beef with us that we can't resolve through normal conversation, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration rather than a class action lawsuit. We're a small operation and class actions would end us, so we appreciate it.

We Can Change These Terms

If we update these terms we'll let you know. Continuing to use the site after an update means you're cool with the changes.

Questions?

We're real humans. Reach us at hello@findtherightcamp.com and we'll respond.

Thanks for being part of RightCamp. Now go find your kids something awesome to do this year.
