Colorado Academy Summer Camp (School Age)
Colorado Academy Summer Camp gives Pre-K through 5th-grade campers a flexible weekly menu of morning, afternoon, and full-day themed specialties — sports, art, STEM, nature, swimming, cooking, and more — at the ACA-accredited 37-acre CA campus. Campers mix and match half-day specialties to build a full day, or join the all-day Traditional Day Camp.
Sessions & Availability
Our camper-friendly expert instructors provide personalized and group instruction. They help campers overcome fears and learn essential skills, such as starting, stopping, and maneuvering a bike around obstacles. Instructor: Leo Procise and Michelle DeRock.
An action-packed week of classic outdoor summer games! We’re running wild with flag tag, water balloons, and creative relays. Plus, we’ll test our senses with a blind walk and compete in a mini-sand castle contest. It’s an exciting week of “fun in the sun” activities! Instructor: Jessica Bryan.
Soccer Buddies returns to Colorado Academy with a refreshed experience: upbeat coaches, imaginative play, and age-right challenges that build skills, confidence, and friendships—wrapped in a safe, joyful week campers can’t wait to attend. Instructor: Soccer Buddies.

In this hands-on camp, young chefs work together in cooking challenges inspired by TV shows like Street Food, Nailed It!, and more! Learn to use different cooking equipment, explore flavor pairings, and create tasty recipes. This exciting cooking adventure gets the creative juices flowing! Instructor: Sticky Fingers Cooking.
This camp introduces young artists to the magical and messy world of clay. Unleash imagination as they learn basic clay building techniques by creating their own sparkly geode, a tic-tac-toe game, a pinch pot with a mosaic decoration, and more. Instructor: Kidcreate Studio.
In this beginner’s introduction to music notation and songwriting, campers learn to read and write basic musical notation by hand, while exploring melodious musical instruments, such as the piano, recorder, and ukulele. Instructor: Isabella Ubertone.
In this multi-week, multi-sensory intervention camp, work on phonemic awareness, phonics, and fluency. Campers have group lessons and break into small groups to practice skills. Instructors are trained in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, and Lively Letters reading programs. Instructor: Penny Best.
Campers follow step-by-step instructions to design their own amusement park rides. While building with Technic LEGO® bricks and power functions, they learn physics and engineering concepts, as well as problem-solving skills, all in an engaging environment! Instructor: Snapology.
Join a one-week mystery! Young detectives conduct hands-on forensic tests on “crime scene” evidence. Perform lab tests on clues, including thread comparison, chromatography, pH, and powder tests. Become a purr-fect veterinarian at camp! Role-play key responsibilities by learning to care for a cat, understand animal body language, and maintain a healthy environment. They create a cat toy, design a vet clinic, and gain hands-on experience in veterinary care. Instructor: Little Medical School.

Bring sports to life in an action-packed LEGO adventure! Spend the day with energetic Play-Well instructors. Elevate your swimming! Led by D1 and Olympic swimmers, athletes use video analysis to perfect strokes, starts, and turns. Gain personalized feedback, improve technique, and build confidence. Ages 8 and up; prior competitive swim experience. Instructor: SwimLabs Littleton.

Beginner through intermediate-level swimmers learn in small, warm water pools. Instructors prioritize confidence and safety, and campers learn to swim correctly, safely, and efficiently. Campers get ten hours of in-water instruction, equivalent to five months of lessons! Instructor: SwimLabs Littleton.
Lessons on the links cover etiquette, safety, putting, short game (chipping, pitching), full swing, and strategies for getting around a golf course efficiently. Martial Arts campers learn techniques like kicks and punches, the history of martial arts, the basics of self-defense, breaking actual boards, and progress from white to yellow belts. Students who have taken this camp before can be promoted to a higher belt. Instructor: Isabella Ubertone.

Calling all four-year-olds for summer camp! Our Sunshine program is designed for four-year-olds. Located in a campus facility specifically designed for this age group, our youngest campers participate in activities tailored to their needs. Daily activities are designed around our weekly themes. We maximize the ‘funshine’ with daily projects, arts and crafts, splash activities and much, much more! The Sunshine Program maintains a camper-to-staff ratio of 6:1. Campers may attend a 5-day week program or a 3-day week program, registering for one week, or multiple weeks. *$410 for 3-day week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday.)
The Rainbow Program is designed for children who will turn five by June 8 and will be kindergartners in the fall of 2026. Located in a campus facility specifically designed for this age group, campers participate in activities tailored to their needs. Daily activities for 2026 include: adventure, arts and crafts, drama, swimming (lessons, & free swim) every day, campfire program (songs, stories, community building), group games, tennis fun, music, and more. Day Camp for 6-year-olds to 13-year-olds is the anchor of CA’s summer programs and is offered for seven weeks of the summer. The Day Camp program is based on good old-fashioned summertime fun! Instructor: CA Summer Programs.
